I was very sceptical initially until I completed my Assessment and Re-Evaluation. Then I saw the true value in being able to evaluate my career properly. I now treat my career as my very own business and look after it as such. Making the decision to leave my position in the Far East was a difficult one. I had been with the company for my entire management career and had reached a main board position. Coming back to the U.K was not the right thing to do, until I met Mayfair. I soon realised I had no desire to stay in the UK and thanks to Mayfair. I have secured a position in New Zealand.
